A Message From ADHD Man

I decided to make this all in the hopes to help people with ADHD from suffering as I did. A lot of the time ADHD can be romanticized as being super energetic, spontaneous and fun โ€” but for those who truly have it, there is a very dark side we suffer from. Where if you don't know how to control or work with it, it can be your worst enemy and send you down some dark places. Constantly knowing you are meant for so much but falling short into bad habits over and over again, just to promise yourself tomorrow will be different โ€” and then feeling like you're just living in potential and guilt.

I was in my early 20s when I found out I had ADHD. I remember being in the school library reading about it as I constantly wiped my tears, because for once in my life everything I had hated about myself finally made sense. At that moment I also decided I was going to go about this without medication. Growing up I'd seen too many friends and family who lost their spark and who they truly were when they became dependent on it โ€” and a simple look into ADHD medications reveals that the cons outweigh the pros, especially long term.

I decided I would find a way โ€” which honestly caused a lot of suffering in the trial-and-error phase โ€” but I can now say I have been able to run multiple businesses, maintained healthy relationships, and most importantly I don't feel like I am living in potential but actually doing the things I want in life, while also maintaining the relationship with myself.

I hope these guides can start you on your journey to master your ADHD and use it to your advantage. Much love.
